    Apple- Safarjan
    Chilli- Marchu/ Marcha (singular/plural)
    Ladies Finger- Bhinda (not Bhindi)
    Lime- Limbu (not neembu)
    Pumpkin- Kolu
    Ridge Gourd- Turiya
    Tomato- Tamayta
    Tapioca/Sago- Sabudana (although it is not a vegetable but a starch extracted from a plant and given the ball-shape in factory)
